Eric Rogers
OWNER
At a young age Eric grew a passion for this type of work from watching his family’s business that was owned by his Grandparents. It was his favorite thing to do during the summer growing up. He enjoyed watching his dad and granddad work in the shop and watch his grandma take care of the customers. This is where he was taught the true value of what working hard really means, and how to treat people with respect and honesty. At the age of 25 he started his own company, with himself and one employee. Through hard work, determination, and many obstacles, Eric now has a great team by his side and the company has over 30+ employees. Eric earned his Georgia State Residential Basic Construction License in 2022 and his Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Certificate in 2024. Outside of work, Eric loves spending time with his wife and three sons mud bogging, camping, boat riding, and fishing.
Todd Helms
PROJECT MANAGER
Todd grew to love this type of business as a teenager. It was one of his first jobs, and many years later, he has never looked back. He always strived to be the best and fastest gutter installer there was. Todd joined the Rogers team in September of 2016 and has played a big part in its growth and success. His favorite thing is going out to meet the customers. He takes his time in getting to know the customer so he can offer the best products and services for their needs. Todd takes pride in what he does, and he loves having a happy customer after their project is completed. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
Robert Rogers
PROJECT MANAGER
Robert Rogers has aways been in the construction world. He started working in construction at the age of 13 and has never looked back since. He spent every summer working alongside his dad, who worked with gutters and screen rooms, until going into the Air Force at 18 years old, where he served for four years. After leaving the Air Force, Robert worked at Robins Air Force base for four years where he worked with aircraft sheet metal. After leaving the base Robert went back into the construction world where, over time, he opened his own company where he specialized in remodeling homes. Robert earned his Georgia State Residential Basic Construction License in 2009. Robert joined his son’s team in July of 2019 and can’t wait for his retirement in 2029!
“Chip” Grimsley
PROJECT MANAGER
Chip’s career at Rogers Gutters and Exteriors started in February of 2018. Before working at Rogers Gutters Chip was in the construction field for many years where he worked with drywall, water proofing and carpentry. Chip loves helping make our customers happy when building onto their homes. He specializes in our screen rooms, vinyl film rooms and sunrooms and helps our customers who are also interested in gutters as well! Chip loves hanging out with his family and being outdoors. Chip is proud to be a member of the Rogers team!
Elizabeth Abarca
OFFICE MANAGER
When you call into Rogers Gutters and Exteriors, she is the friendly voice answering your call! Elizabeth joined the Rogers team in March of 2023.
Elizabeth works with our project managers, keeps our daily office procedures running smoothly and runs our social media accounts. Come take a visit to our showroom and Elizabeth will help show you around.
Elizabeth was born and raised in south Florida but has called Houston County home for years. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband who is a Warner Robins Firefighter, her two kids and her many animals. You can find Elizabeth cheering her kids on at a sporting event, working hands on with projects or helping with community outreach programs.
